Head to Toe Stretching for Better Health

Head to Toe Stretching for Better Health is a 4-week program designed to encourage participants to stretch whether it is before walking or other exercise or simply to help improve or maintain flexibility. This program also encourages a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day.

Participants will be given a 4-pack of Dyna-Bands with a guide book, an instructional DVD, and an activity log to chart their progress.
