10 Minute Solution: Slim And Sculpt Pilates DVD With Band
This interactive home fitness program contains 5 dynamic Pilates workouts that are just 10 minutes each. The workouts will slim and re-shape your entire body by using the resistance band to add challenge to classic mat Pilates exercises and even mimic the resistance offered by traditional Pilates machines.
Participants will complete one of the five 10 minute workouts per day. They will do a different workout each day for 5 days per week for a total of 6 weeks using the provided DVD and resistance band.
