The Portion Plate™
Eating smaller portions is an effective strategy for losing and maintaining weight. Utilizing the Portion Plate™, this 8 week program will teach recommended portion sizes of food, and provide recipes for healthy eating.
There is also a Diabetic Plate available.
Participants must complete a pre and post survey and keep a log.
