PEIA PATHWAYS TO WELLNESS LIFESTYLE CHANGE PROGRAMS
The PEIA Pathways to Wellness Program encourages participating worksites to take advantage of our lifestyle change programs. Worksite coordinators, on behalf of their employees, may choose a maximum of one program per health screen year that incorporates a wellness tool. Worksites may also participate in the programs that do not incorporate a wellness tool as much as they want to. Eligible employees are those who have participated in a health screen within the last 2 years (this may include one or all of the following: blood pressure or blood work).
