I'd like to have the health screening and am trying to register in Charleston WV. My school did not offer any screening and I'd like to register for the Charleston site. I gave my information on the site, but am not sure of when or the time. I tried to pick a day on the calendar, but could not. Please advise me of when I can go on a Saturday in South Charleston.

After reading that the Health Screen Form may result in additional costs to the policyholder, I am wondering just what would cause the additional fees. I understand that I may recieve a discount but was unaware that I could possibly have to pay more. What exactly would cause this additional cost? Thank you.

On the WVPEIA "Improve Your Score Premium Discount Program" form to be completed by member & doctor:
Do I understand it this way: Depending on doctor's info, one's deductible,copayment, and coinsurance could actually INCREASE? That would certainly negate any $10.00 per month premium savings! May I hear from someone concerning this?? Thanks!

I am a new employee at the DHHR in Charleston, WV. I also am enrolled as a member of PEIA. Can you tell me if the DHHR is participating in the worksite wellness screenings, and when? It is hard to find out anything when you're new.

The answer pertained only to the extra fees for labs. That is not what the question asks. Is there a possibility of the premiums, co-payments, etc. raising because of the results of the tests?

Our Social Worker from this office was at the health fair in Pocahontas County last Friday and obtained a PEIA pamplet entitled: Facts on Fast Food. Would their be any way that we could obtain these pamplets for an upcoming event that we would like to have here in June. Thanks for you help.

I participated in the April health screening at WVU in the School of Journalism and received my results about a month or so ago. However, I have yet to receive the Visa monetary award card.
Have the reward cards been sent yet? When might I expect to receive it?
