I have participated in the wellness screening for three years. Each time I get a bag with brochures and a dynaband. Never has there been information on exercises or how to use the band. Is there one out there? Thanks.

I work at the WV Ethics Commission which has only 5.5 people (I'm the .5) & not enough interest to register our worksite. Is it possible for me to "join" another worksite so that I may participate in the program? I emailed the PSC's worksite coordinator requesting permission to join (over a year ago!), but never heard back. Where do I go from here? Thanks for your help.
