Freq. Asked Questions

Please review this page before contacting me. These questions below come up fairly often so I decided to list out my responses to them to save both of our time 🙂

Why is does your site say “Zen” Lifestyle if you focus on a lot of other stuff? The reason for this is because I personally feel like the overall connotation of a Zen lifestyle is very much at play in all of my articles, at least if you look at all of them as a whole. The reality is that my site is all about living a life that is fulfilling physically, emotionally, mentally and ultimately spiritually. Whether or not you feel like that all equates to or is similar to a “Zen” lifestyle is up to you 🙂

How hard is meditating really? On a scale of 1 to 10? I would personally say overall it is a 7. It definitely takes some real concentration to really reap the benefits, but as I mention in my article, the more you do it, the easier it gets!

What would you recommend between Tai Chi, Yoga, and Zumba? I would say Yoga simply because it is the easiest for me to sustain for the long haul. I’ve done both Tai Chi and Zumba before, but there is just too much time-commitment and energy required to take on both of those activities. When I started my senior year of high school, I realized that I had too much on my plate with those two. On the other hand, Yoga is much easier to commit to, especially since you can just do yoga in your own home. I’ve been doing yoga ever since my junior year of high school (three times a week).

Are you full-Chinese? Haha, can you tell? Nope, I’m three quarters Chinese and one quarter Caucasian.

Are you single? Yes, and I plan on staying so until I graduate from college and actually begin my professional career 🙂

If your question wasn’t included in any of the above, then definitely feel free to contact me at that point 🙂
